Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals - Doesn Yours Make the Grade?
(Part of PSATS' Learning at Lunch 2012 Webinar Series)
Since the Uniform Construction Code was enacted, there have continued to be questions concerning the requirement for all municipalities that opted-in to provide local enforcement of the UCC, to have a municipal Board of Appeals. This webinar will provide participants with the answers to those questions, including: how many board members are required, what qualifications must they hold, what types of appeals can the board review, what criteria must the board use in considering its decisions, how quickly must appeals be heard, what fees can be charged, and other relevant details. Participants will have an opportunity to submit questions.
