Volunteers are the life blood of most non-profit organizations – without them, the level of services they provide to local communities would severely decline. Time commitments from work and family have led to a steady decline in those who wish to devote their free time to non-profit causes. This decline has been hard on local Fire and EMS services in communities across the commonwealth. During this interactive webinar, William Jenaway from Montgomery County will review the findings of a study from the Fireman's Association of the State of Pennsylvania and will discuss the Association’s strategic plan that focuses on recruiting and retaining members, understanding why they leave, and get useful tips on how to develop a recruitment and retention plan.   • Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by faxing to 717-763-9732 or sending an email to cancellations@psats.org. Refunds will be determined by the date of the fax or email. A cancellation received less than 10 business days of the session you are registered for, is subject to a $20 processing fee for refunds. Those who cancel within 2 business days of the session date or do not attend, forfeit the full registration fee and if unpaid, will be invoiced.
